New Foundations
The New Foundations Class is the entry level class in the study of the Sciemce of Mind. The student is introduced to the Ten Core Concepts of the Science of Mind and is taught how to appy these Universal Principles in daily life. Meditation and Spiritual Mind Treatment are taught as daily practices. The class is experiential with many guided meditations and exercises to assist the students in embracing and incorporation Science of Mind Principles. This class is facilitated by the Rev. Dr. Gil Linsley.

Hatha Yoga with Deborah Nicholson
Everyone is welcome to this slow paced stretching class with simple breathing exercises and a period of meditation. This is a good place to learn basic poses, relaxation techniques and become comfortable with yoga. Classes are held in the Sanctuary every Monday and Friday from 6:15 to 7:30 PM.
A Course In Miracles with Rev. Stephanie Gabler "Nothing real can be threatened. Nothing unreal exists." So says the three volume course of presonal transformation which we explore every Tuesday night. This study group, which is open to everyone, discusses the textbook, practices the daily lessons and shares experiences as a committment to the Peace of God matures in each participant. Class is held Tuesdays from 5:30 to 6:30 PM.
Sitting Frog Zen Sangha with Kevin Souza is practiced on Thursday evenings from 7:00 to 8:30 PM in the Sanctuary. We sit in zazen (seated meditation) for two 25 minute sessions followed by some discussion and tea afterwards. Everyone is welcome. For your first experience, please arrive fifteen minutes early to receive basic instruction.
